Click on Edit my Resume/CV.

Note that the privacy options at the bottom of the resume/CV edit screen allows you to choose how to present your resume/CV to propective employers.

From the menu bar on the My Career Postings page, click on Subscribe and then select the job categories that you are interested.  Click on Save My Preferences to finish.

To unsubscribe, repeat the above process and make sure that all the categories are unselected.
