Tribute to Carien Botha

It is with shock and sadness that we record the passing of Carien Botha (Pr. Eng.), immediate Past-President of the South African Institute for Industrial Engineering, on Friday 11 September 2015.  Carien contributed much of herself to the engineering profession, and her dedicated and committed service will be remembered by many.
