Since 2013 the South African Council for Graduates (SACGRA) has partnered with a number of SETAs to promote workplace training and graduate empowerment. The SACGRA is funded by the merSETA to place unemployed graduates into workplace training and makes a call to employers to become a part of this noble venture.
The SACGRA would like to work with companies to host some of its interns for a period of 12 months (university internship); 18 months (TVET internship) and 36 months (candidacy). The SACGRA has secured funding for 400 learners through merSETA, with 180 placements still to be made at host employers in various provinces.
Please contact Ms Chiedza Muchimwe to help your company secure graduates to join your team. The SACGRA will pay a monthly stipend. Full details...
