This course is a two-day on-line course presented by Engineering Training and Mentorship using MS Teams for Engineering Managers, Technical Managers, Project Managers, Graduate Engineers, Technologists and Technicians. The course fee is R6 950 vat exempt per delegate. Attendees will obtain a certificate of attendance and may claim two CPD points with ECSA.

Synopsis of course:

The Project Risk Management course will equip participants with the tools and knowledge to foresee, assess and mitigate risks, ultimately leading to more successful, cost effective and compliant projects.
